    You don't happen to have a Stealth heater do you? Mine was shocking me so it got replaced.

    no i have two EHEIM JAGER 250WATT heaters. I just put them in about one month ago. could be one of them. unfortunately my cut is healed so unless i want to do some self mutilation i will need to wait to continue testing. :) LOL.
