There was a slight current in my tank that I determined to be coming from one of my Koralias. What kind of effects could that have on coral? I've been struggling with them.

Stray voltage will harm you because you are grounded. Unplug one piece of equipment at a time till you find the one that is bad.

Yep, that's what I did. I found it the culprit. Any effects to live stock?

Yes it can cause them to not grow well or even die.

thats if the water in your tank is somehow grounded as well. Theoretically if it's not then its just potential voltage in there. Chances are your tank water is through the cabling and equipment in it lol. So good find there.

Haven't had death, but I certainly haven't had growth. Could be the reason.

I wouldn't recommend putting one...a lot of people will probably disagree with me. the reason I say now is because if you do have a short in some equipment, I wouldn't want that thing shorting straight to ground and turning the tank into a load on that circuit.
