Stupid skimmer size

i would buy that one but i already run carbon and have crushed lr in one of the compartments of my built in filter and also i dont have enough room in the back for the s version. Its too big i already did the math and everything but the 100 fits perfectly so if i were to get that one would it be worth it?

I would do that but it doesnt fit my tank. that might not make sense because it is a HOB but trust me when i say this, if i get an octopus skimmer it has to be the 100

 

ok i ordered the octopus bf-100 for $103 + $10 shipping. pretty good deal. thanks for all the advice.

looking back on this thread, i went from a 30 dollar skimmer to a 50 dollar skimmer to a 100 dollar skimmer ;D no, not like me at all LOL

 

cancel that of coarse... i just got an email saying they are out of stock on that item and it cant be shipped until next year. So much for that good deal. BTW it did not specify it was out of stock... anyways i ordered from someone else so it was 115 without shipping. shipping was 11. Im telling you every time i go to buy a skimmer there is a problem. i swear. that is the 5th time now ive tried. obviously not the same skimmer but maybe its a sign... hmm too late i already ordered the other one ;D
