So i go downstairs to check on the tank and all is well except for this clicking noise. i thought it was my return pump, but it turns out to be the tunze 6025 nano stream. the pin that holds the prop in place rusted through. has anyone every had to deal with tunze customer service? i just bought the powerhead back in january so i hope they will cover it under warranty.

Just give their customer service a call or send them a post here.
Reef Central Online Community - Tunze

I don't use reefcentral but there is some good reading on the forums section where each mfg has it's own area.
