as some of you know I ordered a new mr aqua tank for marinedepot about a week ago

well anyway it was shequaled for delivery today but ups decided to damage it on the way and NOW THEYRE SENDING IT ALL THE WAY BACK TO CALIFORNIA. SO whats gonna happen know I was so excited to finally get it after waiting today but they had to go and break it Know what do I do because they refused to deliver it and are sending it back to marinedepot.

it pisses me off every time i use ups something like this happens

USPS is the way to roll

sorry jus had to vent because I was chillin with people before and they dont wanna hear that stuff.

Im sure it will work out but I dont know whats gonna happen I guess I can kinda see why they straight up sent it back but I think it would be easier and faster to work it out with marinedepot if they would have just delivered it

well I guess it does give me more time to get rid of the ten gal

but I might be out of $80 now and tankless cause of ups

I feel you. UPS bites, over a month ago they acutally lost my tank (100 gallon tank.) How do you lose a 100 gallon tank. Anyway they were trying to crawfish on me on giving me full reimbursement. They are a joke.

Yeah it sucks but I guess it doesn't matter anyway because acording to some people the tank I spent 80$ on isn't even mine anyway since I'm under aged

UPS almost got me sued this month.

Company loaned my shop a bunch of equipment, and they needed back by a certain date. We got it all packed up in the original box, got it to UPS a full 10 days before it was needed, and sent it off.

Deadline goes by and it's not there, they get pissed and start saying we never sent it, that we're trying to steal their stuff...!

Shop mate lost the tracking info and we were all busy, but told them it shipped way early and should have been there.

Finally we get the tracking info, UPS shows it was delivered over a week late, but it's no where in Company A's possession... now they're going after UPS.

We think UPS left an 80# box full of glass blowing torches and equipment, like $2000 worth, just sitting in an industrial park on a friday afternoon after the company had closed.

Anyways, I'm no longer getting threats, Company A is pissed at UPS now, and I will never use UPS again. I don't use them anyways, it's just what the company asked for... I always use FedEx, never have these problems. yeah, FedEx can break and lose things too.... but not nearly at the rate UPS does.

Sucks about your tank, hopefully they cover everything.

Maybe you should go back to playing with dolls (sorry, couldn't resist)

Don't worry they delivered my light and it was broken so it took another month for me to finally get one not broken.
