Did water testing two nights ago, apparently the corals are growing here's what the readings came out as

    Via Apex...
    Ph 8.32
    Calcium reactor Ph 6.42
    Temp 78.3

    Hanna Alk checker - 9.02

    Elso Phosphate - 0 undetectable
Elso Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate - 0 all undetectable
Red Sea Calcium - 300 uh oh recheck with seachem CA test - 320
Red Sea Magnesium - 1300 getting low

So i have increased my calcium reactor output from a fast drip to a steady stream
I have started dosing BRS calcium and Magnesium to try and boost those levels up
Also did a 50 gallon water change. Hopefully this will get the CA and MG back up to where they need to be

Your corals distracted me from noticing a single fish in your photos...

Beautiful shots, thanks for sharing them :)

Not sure how i missed this thread before. Amazing tank. simply stunning.

Since ur setup is obviously successfull, few questions:

    - Is kessil in the middle to even out lighting?
    - What do you have in your fuge? lr, dsb, cheato?
    - Never ran a bare bottom tank. My new setup has about 1 inch of sand and dsb in sump. Am i suppoused to clean/vacum the sand? I kind of always just let my CUC and diamond goby maintain it :)

    Inspiring, thank you!

THank you! Yes the kessil is to fill in the dead spot in the middle where the other lights dont over lap much. Nothing in the sump, just diligent on cleaning out detritus.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Must resist!

Aw heck, new tank is on my list of favorites.

You have great greens going on again.

You're not really out of the ball park on chemistry, I know you want the Ca higher but what do you keep the mag at usually?

    Any Fungia babies yet?
