    Hey Tyslin...IMO, it is over kill and not very cost effective! Use the dry aragonite sand and seed it with some of the live or from someone's mature established tank, like your brother in Law's if he has one!

    SeaQ. If someone was really helpful to you, you can give them Karma. To the left of anyones post, there is a circle, an icon of a scale, and then a red triangle.

    If you click on the scale on someone's post you can add to their Karma points. Likewise, if you see a post that is problematic and you think a moderator should look at it (maybe dirty language, being mean, etc) click on the red triangle and that will alert the moderators.
