IME they are one of the easiest sps to keep.

I have mine under metal halide at lower level in the tank. They do love flow, as mine looks the best under high flow. I do supplement my system with Parts A/B and magnesium to keep up with the needs of the other sps.

Growth is on the faster side compared with other sps IMO. I have grown them under PC lighting with no problems.

My only concern with this coral is it's aggression towards other corals and it's ability to reproduce easily in the home aquarium.

I will throw up an image when my lights come on.

As stated in my previous post mine is very low in the tank, because it was too aggressive for my other sps. It is placed next to xenia and kenya tree which it does not seem to bother. It also exhibits a greener coloration when placed higher in the tank.

Mid to upper with mod flow. You can tell if the flow is enough by how well they extend their polyps. Big and fluffy means it is all good.

    Have fun shopping.:)

    My new coral

Well I got this guy for 20$ raspberry or cauliflower coral. Mid way under 2 daylight t5ho and 2 atinic t5ho - 6inches from my finger coral.

Does that seem ok? still not 100% open after 1 hour.

Interesting piece, I will be curious to see what it looks like when it is acclimated.

I am not familiar with the raspberry type, sound very interesting, especially the coloration.

Well good news it doubled in size after lights went out. very cool - I took a picture but didn't down load it yet.
Do they fully extend only at night? b/c it was closed up when the atinic lights came on.
then 20 min was a fluffy ball (but not fully extended)
