    I know you said you don't get good growth out of zoos but thats what I would spend it on. Not too much else coral-wise you can get for $20. Besides softies, of which I am not a fan.

    Need new light bulbs, filter media. In my opinion I always think maintenance. Make what you have better. BUUUUUUUUT right now I would REALLLY love a Citrine Goby, ORRRR a yellow cheeked Sleeper Goby if I had a bigger tank.
