Suggestions For clean up crew for 180

agreed. start small. i way overstocked mine and a couple of my hermits died because of lack of food. and they left plenty of waste behind so it didnt really do me much good. oh and this was in a twenty gallon with like ten hermits. so to lose a couple would be like losing 20 or thirty in your tank. lol just go slow. i am finding thats the best thing in this hobby.

 

Yea def, thanks for the input! Im waiting to see what they send me back and ill probably order 1/3 of what he says to start off with and then go back to him(reefcleaners) when i need more!

 

+1 on all who support reef cleaners. I received my order Friday and John gave me extras on everything I've order to include extra mangroves.

Hermits are good to have. Just don't overdo them. 15-20 in the 180 would be good.

 

Yea the real reason im doing with out and i can get them local, they are the only thing he said he would not promise live arrivel on the 8 bucks shipping so i cut them out and saved 20 bucks right there, ill probably grab about 10-15 from a LFS

 

Cool - they're amusing to watch IMO. As long as they're fed, they're OK. Mine can turn into a roving band of gangsters and go after my ceriths if they get hungry::
