I don't really know if this is in the right place nut my issue is I got a used tank and it seems as though it has like hard water stain drips running down the panes. I have tried using a razor blade in it and just cleaning it without results. I am hoping someone here has had this problem and conquered it already. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

a picture perhaps? +1 on vinegar but if it persists i would try a bleach solution (thorough rinsing required after)

it is a little hard to see and for some reason it rotated when i uploaded it but the marks i am talking about are on each side of the clown in the picture. Hope this helps in understanding what my issue is.

Does it look like its on the outside of the glass?? If so try taping a vinegar soaked rag against the glass for a while as it takes some time for the vinegar to work.

it is most definitely on the outside of the glass. when i tried rubbing it with the vinegar, it had resistance in those spots.

Mabye try a magic eraser? I use those things for all kinds of stuff and it takes it right off. Including the paint on your car....anyways never had to use it for anything tank related but it could do the trick.
