    Hello everyone.

    Here is my tank currently:

I just picked up 2 Black Orphek PR-156W LED fixtures with extension cables.

I'm trying to figure out a nifty way of mounting them. So far my ideas include:

Custom Black Acrylic piece that houses both 24" Led's and sit's on the edges of the tank.

Custom Black Acrylic Rectangle Piece that houses both 24" Leds but hanging from 2 cables from above.

A top hood to my tank that houses both Led's and matches the stand

Hang them the standard way with 2 cables from each light.

Here is the thing It needs to be above the tank by 10" at least.

    Any Ideas?

I actually like having access into the tank from the top. Also cleaning and feeding is a concern.

Last concern is as I sit below tank level if the LED's will blare into my eyes.

This is always my main concern. I have a similar issue as my tank is on my kitchen table. In order to prevent screwy glare some sort of shroud needs to house the LED's. I'm currently building a prototype out of wood that for my 29 but intend to scale it up and switch to Aluminum as the material for my 93. If you want the light 10" above the water the shroud will have to be quite tall in order make the angle right.
