Suggestions on a new set up / upgrade

Our build is going to be on hold now unfortunately. We took the box off the tank to just look at it and it looks poor. The top is not level and it's a rimless. We aren't experts since this will only be our second tank but we figure it should all be level and flush and it's not. We are bummed and hoping the lfs will get us a replacement.

The back right corner also didn't have the silicone flush all the way up through the top.
