I recently built a sump/fuge. I then got a great deal on an AquaC EV-180 Skimmer. The skimmer is huge and doesn't fit my original design. I had to cut a hole in one of the baffles so the skimmer exit can leave, and now gets dumped directly into the fuge (instead of how I wanted which was to go through the baffles and then into the fuge). Micro bubbles are a big topic with sump/fuges and I've heard that live rock/algae will take care of a lot of bubbles, and baffles do too. Do I need to put a second set of baffles after my fuge now too...or will the rock/sand/algae take care of em enough?

I have a pic of my design (drawn).

I would redesign the sump layout a bit to look something like this....
