    Look in my sump thread. There is a link to a acrylic overflow box that does not use media. Forget the name, but it is not me.

    1/8'' glass would be fine for my baffles right?

    Seems too thin to me. Not like it has to hold a lot... My sump came made with 1/8. I took it out and put in 3/16 just caused it seemed if I just nicked it it would break.

    Ok, couple +1's to Powerman here and i'll go with his suggestion. No offense Powerman, always good to have 2nd and 3rd opinions imo.

    Absolutely. I'm not the end all be all. All I have is an opinion. You should seek many and then decide what is best for you.

    Ok so finally got my glass!

    Question, how the heck do you get down between the panes to silicone the baffles? only thing i can think of so far is attaching a straw to the nozzle. Ideas???


    I did take care of the middle piece, here's my first ever attempt at a silicone job.
