Sump help

    I am makeing a 30 gallon sump and have it all planned out but I am very confused on how not to make it overflow when the power goes out. Another question I have is how far apart and where should I drill my holes on the main tank(150 gallons 72in across). Also how far should the pipe come down from the main tank into the refugium and protein chamber. Thanks for the advise.

    These are great articles and I appreciate you showing them to me. I am still confused on how far the pipe should go down into the actual sump. Also does it matter how high the refugium baffle is. Plus it did not tell me where to drill the holes on the main tank.
