29 glass tank with 1/4" glass baffles, leak tested and some of the baffles have a slow leak. Will this cause the baffles to collapse if i use it over time? Do i just silicone the spot that is leaking or do i have to take the whole baffle out and start all over?

if its a minimal leak i would just try and repair the area, but let it dry completely.

The same thing happened when I made my sump baffles, and most of the advice I got said it probably wouldn't be a problem. I've been running the sump for a week now with no ill effects, but I don't know for sure that there won't be any long term effects. Hopefully not!

It depends on where the leak is, if it's on the lower half of the baffle I would remove the baffle, clean all the old silicone of both the sump walls and the baffle then reinstall it and allow it to cure for 36 hours minimum before leak testing it again.
I say this because the new silicone won't bond to the old silicone as strong as it will with the clean glass surface if it bonds to it at all.

Also, its better to get it right now than have to break it down again after it's all setup and running, then fails.
