I just found out that for christmas my gf ordered a overlow and return. I was woundering what you guys use on the return to the tank(ie spraybar, just a pvc elbow.....). I wanna use a SWID, but I think in a 75gal 740gph for the return may not be enought to really change the flow.

I just use the return pvc elbow with a adjustable spout...(pointed exit). I'll save the SWID for a more permanent tank...:)

I use a 3/4" Loc-Line that splits into two 1/2" inlets. Gives you much better flexibility if you need to change your flow around due to coral placement or substrate movement.

Get the black for aquariums to prevent algae growth. Good stuff.

yeah...thats what mine is. I was thinking tonight about adding a second return. Is this a good thing to do for more current? maybe 2 smaller sized pumps each, rather than 1 large ? I have to match the overflows gph to my 150 wet/dry to the pumps.....right??? take some playing with I'm sure...
