ok guys i have a 30inch current sundial 4-24w t5 that is about 4 mounths old and i just bought a kill a watt meter today i pluged in the sundial and a couple other things and the sundial is running at 78 watts shouldent this be running at a minnimum of 96 watts. so i went on and tested my 24 inch outer orbit t-5s and there running at about 104 watts so what im getting from this is that the sundial is underpowered im no electrician so i may be wrong and this is normal also is this something i should contact the manufacture about thanks.

    electricity works in wierd ways
for example when u buy a car battery u buy a "12 volt" battery how ever when the car is running if the alternator is working correrctly its creating 14 volts.
even though there only 4 months old id check yer globes 1 might be faulty <buy another globe put it in place of 1 of the other globes and take yer reading again and note down the differences> u will soon find out if there is a dodgy globe and which 1 it is.

if that doesnt help then id ring the manufacturer and get some info or u could just ring them first
