I have had my Sunpod with 2 150MH bulbs for 3 years. The bulbs are 3 months old and are Aquamaxx 14K. Soon after they were installed the one started looking yellow like a 10K so I got another bulb and still the same problem so then I switched both bulbs and it made me think I had a bulb issue. So for past 3 months left side of tank is looking 10k and the right side is 14K with the same Aquamaxx bulbs. 3 days ago the left side is now blue like a 14k and the right side of tank looks yellow like a 10K. Marinedepot thinks its the ballasts. First I was told ballasts either goes on or it does not. Now that the bulbs have switched colors on me it has to be the ballasts. Anyone ever have this happen to them?

Sounds strange, but it's probably the ballast. There may not be enough current getting through or something like that. You can try to upgrade the ballasts by getting new 150w HQI ballasts, but I don't now how much room is in the fixture.
