    I found a great web site which has a nice tool which you can run and it will add itself to your Windows toolbar. It also has a tool which runs on the web site to create monthly calendars based on longitude and latitude and timezone. (Sunrise, Sunset Calendars and Local Time) The calendar tool also has moonrise/set and twilight times. The toolbar app also provides Twilight times.

    I'm using Vista 64bit - and the tool runs with no problems.
