    Yes, it will. Lack of air does that.
    Now, I don't buy this without affecting stuff whatsoever, ppl in the same room affect the water, watch your ph meter ;)
    Filling grade and elastics differs greatly,Cure time... Not in my experience. But never cared for a sec either way.

    In open air, BAF glue takes in the neighborhood of 2-3 minutes to cure for medium hold IME, while the Loctite glue takes 30 seconds to achieve that same level of hold. The Loctite is also like 5 bucks for .14 oz, while the BAF glue is $12 for 2 oz. That's why I won't use the stuff for all my needs, but only in the situations where I really need the qualities that make it so much better.

    Why would one do that? Do you mean that you get more than a second difference when putting your pieces together? If that's the case it is not cyanoacrylate

    They are both absolutely cyanoacrylate, and definitely of vastly different composition and quality.
