So here it is, my update on the free corals I received a few days ago.
As some of you know when I got them they were pretty sorry looking. Even in the previous owner's tank they weren't too pretty.
Here is their progress so far. (Its been three days)

Looks so gorgeous under my Actinics, really brings out the green and purple...unfortunately cant take good pics with the actinics on.

If you look close at the taller piece, there are tiny new heads growing on the stalk.
This ones a little more open.

Still not looking great, but a little better than before.

Brain's a little more 'puffy' and It closed around some mysis when I fed it. I saw a few small tentacles come out when I fed it. Kinda cool.

Cam didn't capture some of the greenish spots too well, but you can kinda seem em.

This is the green/blue mushroom the guy gave me. Not fully open in this pic, but still pretty. This one glows in the actinics.

*NOTE: I have tried to keep the lights off except for when taking pictures in order to keep stress down.

Let me know whatcha all think!

    Why thank you CC.
I think out of all of them the shorter Green and purple Hammer has the best chances (besides the healthy looking mushroom (Name?)). Its so full and happy looking.
I have no clue why, but my camera made them all look a little duller than what they are....maybe too much light...
The yellow one is more of a light yellow/green, the brain is dark pink with thick green striping and the (frogspawn?) has green tips. The hammer is brighter too, exceptfor the bleached looking one...it pretty much looks like the pic.

That is great to hear. Feed that brain as often as you can, he will greatly appreciate it. I must say that I will be surprised if the Goni makes it, once on the way out they are very susceptible to brown jelly disease. But good luck, those euphyllias look much better.

    Thank you.
I think they're lookin much better than before. I think I'm going to start putting on the lights a few hours a day and slowly add an hour every other day or so to get them used to it.

Yeah, I love free stuff :D
Gotta love Craigslist. Thats why If they die I wont be too disappointed. They already looked bad and they were free. If they live, all the more awesome the deal!
Hopefully I will be writing a post in some months from now on how to frag some of these so I can give pieces away to other Reefers in need. ;)
