Is this too much skimmer for a 29g with 20L sump? I am planning on keeping softies and some Lps. I already own the skimmer from my 65g build that never happened. I am wondering if I should sell it and get something smaller. Any recommendations for the best in-sump skimmer? Thanks!

In my opinion, yes it is, especially for a softie/LPS tank that will probably not require aggressive skimming.

I would sell it (shouldn't be hard, it is a great skimmer) and purchase a smaller one. Maybe an SWC 120?
