Anyone know who the hell to contact to get the pump replaced? It burnt out under warranty and no one wants to touch it. BigAlsPets wants me to contact the company, however, when I contacted the company, they send me to someone else at a random non-cooperate email.

Anything I can do? Or just trash the thing and buy a new skimmer?

    Thanks!

Had a SRO and it was the worst skimmer I have ever owned. I cannot tell you how completely pathetic my experience was with them. I know tons of people have great luck, but this was not one of them, and it has forever tainted me against them. LOL.

    Thanks for the reply!

No via the contact telephone number listed on that website, spoke to someone in person.

Worse case scenario, if you need to replace the pump, contact Luke at reeffiltration.com. he is a licensed dealer for swc in the US.

This is what I ended up doing, order a brand new whole pump. Gonna keep working on warranty support so I may get a back up, but I needed something ASAP.

I'll give that a shot them. I supposedly got SWC's direct number from another vendor, but I shall try the method you listed and see what the results are.

    Thanks.
