So how is it panning out in other places around the globe?! in the uk its totally out of control......they have moved from the trying to contain it stage to the treatment stage as we have over 7,000 com cases with over 700 new cases a week.
Now i no fit & healthy people need not fear but i have really bad astmas & live on steriod inhalers & so on....at the age of 15 i was told i was not aloud my flu jab due to other reasons & that was the only jab i ever missed & ended up with normal flue and spent two week in intensive care hooked upto breathing machine fighting to live! im sooooo scare as i only need to get a cold & i end up in hospital & now my 15 month old as been diagnosed with very bad ashtmas like me which is very bad when she gets a cold so im totally worried sick.

Any news stories regarding the swine flu seem to have been pre-empted by Michael Jackson's death. As far as I know, we're "ok" for now but come winter, it may get worse than it has been.

It didn't do much here in the states, some deaths, but no more than the plain old flu. I think the media hyped it way to much.

    Just a quick fact....
"the virus would have a long way to go to match the roughly 36,000 deaths that seasonal influenza causes in the United States each year."
"Worldwide, the annual death toll from the flu is estimated to be between 250,000 and 500,000."

    Taken from the CDC

That's just the good old regular flu.

Well I survived the Hong Kong flu in 67/68 and my first dose of the swine flu in the mid 70's as did my 2 sons . It was not as bad as the hong kong . But Its been around before some died some lived . Its more like the chicken little flu I think.

Life is the ultimate STD it has a 100% mortality rate

Swine flu will cause the next zombie apocalypse and the eventual total collapse of western civilization! Start stocking up on ammo now and prepare for anarchy!
