yes they will. I've seen mine pecking at fish. In the ocean they're like car washes. Fish pull up, get cleaned, swim away

Oh they will cleaned then alright right down to the bone if they can catch them.. Its happened before C>banded shrimps are not to be totally trusted with much of anything smaller. opportunistic Omnivores R them.

yes this is true, but the instinct isn't as strong as it is in cleaner shrimp.

most cleaner shrimp will even try to clean your hand. the cbs will probably just run or pinch you.

Interesting... I ended up getting a mated pair of clownfish (like my profile pic :) ) and they seem to get along well with the shrimp...

I am looking into a Tang, we'll see though!

unless your tank is greater then 70gallons i wouldn't recommend a tang do to bioload and the space they need. unless you don't mind getting a baby fish then taking it back when its larger

I have 55 gallon with 35 pounds of live rock, plenty of flow and a great skimmer... What fish would you suggest if not a tang? I just like the fact they eat algae :)

I had a tang early on in my 55(yeah I know...I didn't know then, but I know now) and the cbs used to peck at it. It cleans whatever will get near it now.:)
