Could I keep some sps and clams with my 36in 4 bulb 156watt t-5. What bulbs would be best for coral growth.

i think your lighting is fine but you will need to take very good care of your water quality.i know.i lost all my sps and my crocea clam.i blame unstable lower quality water from being a small tank and using tap water.now i just stick to soft corals and some lps.i don't want a bigger tank and the corals i have now are fine.

Does it have one parabolic reflector or SLRs? To be honest I have never really paid any attention to the odysea fixtures.
Since it would be easier to get new lamps over a new fixture I would swap the lamps out for ATI... I would get 2 Aquablue+ and 2 Blue+... Unfortunately with 4 lamps I wouldn't really add a 6000k lamp as it might overpower and to be honest you will want all the PAR you can get so adding a true actinic might hurt the bottom line too much.. Plus this way you can have the two Blue+ for dawn/dusk, and the aquablues for the other lamps. It will give you a slightly blue hue when all lamps are on... but not overwhelmingly blue.

I would also start with seriatoporas(birdsnests) and montiporas....
Like stated if you are not using RO water, hold off on the SPS until you do, or they will not be happy...browing, slower growth or worse...
