I am not sure if I can list this with out getting into trouble so I am going to list it any way. I bout a 6 bulb T-5 Lighting System with Moonlight's from www.buildyouraquarium.com. The light's have no spalsh guard so you need to take them down sometimes and clean salt creep off of the bulb's and reflector's. No big problem doing that, but the moonlight's had no type of clip to hold them in place and as time went on from cleaning them and accidentally applying pressure the mooonlight's recessed in the light fixture. I e-mailed the four times to try and get them to tell me how to get the fixture apart and how to make clips for it. THey should have been on the light's when they were built, and got no reply, so just out of curiousity I e-mailed them concerning what type of pump is on a refugium they have for sale and got a reply the next day. Here is the letter I wrote yesterday but have yet to hear anything, I am back on the ignore list.

Since I have your attention I wrote a few times concerning problem's with
the moonlight's on my 6 bubl T-5 unit I bought from you. The light's did not
have clip's to hold them in place and are reccesed into the light fixture
from my having to clean salt creep off of the bulb's and reflector's. How do
I get the moonlight's back out of the casing so that I can try to make
clip's to hold them in place (something that should have been done in
    manufacturing of the light's.)

I doubt I will ever hear from them but IMHO it is not the place to shop.

Good luck and hope it works out.... Unfortunately not every company has good customer service or for that matter fair customer service... In this biz like many others you get what you pay for and sometimes you pay alittle more to know you will get 1 on 1 attention if you need it... There ARE good venders out there that will spend time on the phone or via email walking you through things....
