T-5 PAR Ratings

Thanks, I really hope your right. This light is just so much money!! It better work, . Oh well, I think you could grow corals will any combo of t-5's, I just want the right look.

 

T5 sucks, no corals will grow under t5. You guys need to do your research! Theres only one style of lighting that can propogate coral growth!!!!

i think we know you like t5s especially if you have 10 bulbs.

 

Man if I knew all I needed was the soft white lights. I can get a 20watt with a 18 watt actinic and grow sps/clams with no problem!!!
You know what is bad, that is the lights they used when saltwater was first getting started. They had no idea what lights corals liked. Now reef lighting is easy, if you have alittle money. You can find PC lights at a great price now, and grow alot of stuff.
There always has to be one that is the Jack A** of the group, What would we do with out you Turbo!! Oh and im almost done with my pic, ill send them to you some time this week.
