    They are stable enough. I would not put too much weight on top of the light though. I have had 2 of them break on me from lateral movement. Luckily I just happened to have another set.

    The lighting fixture you have, the Nova Extreme, comes in a 30in. Did not notice that at first. Turns out reading things helps!

    Get good UVL or Giesmann bulbs in there and you will be shocked. I know I was. I did however wait 6 months to replace them.
