T5 Aquatic Blue Light Schedule

    Hello,
    I'm new to the hobby and I have a 56 Gal. Reef Tank. I was wondering how long to leave the Aquatic Blue lights on before and after the main daylight bulbs? I was told 2 hours on either side of start up and end of day by some and others say it is not important. Does it hurt to leave the Blue light on when the main bulb is off overnight? Thank you for the help and I look forward to hearing any suggestions.

    I would run the blues for 10 hours and the daylights for 8 hours. Blues on 1 hour before and after daylights go out. You need to turn the lights out to let everything sleep.
