I am planning on setting up my 55 gal. so I can put my carpet anemone in it and a few other larger fish maybe. What would be the best option a T5HO or a PC light. The T5 has 4-54w bulbs and the PC has 4-65w bulbs. Which is brighter and would be better for carpet anemone??

T5HO hands down. There really is no comparison between the 2. T5's kick butt any day.

T6 is actually more efficient in terms of lumens per watt, but the larger size means less bulbs able to fit in a given area. You are also significantly limited on bulb choice as only a few cheap ebay sellers sell them...

Stick with T5's I'd highly recommend ATI bulbs (blue plus and aqua blue) and KZ's fiji purple.

Look for a fixture with individual reflectors, the Tek fixture by sunlight supply is a good choice... if you're willing to spend a bit more the ATI powermodule and Sfiligoi stealth are also good choices.
