if it where my coat and I was facing snow

I would budget 20 bucks a week for extra unhealthy foods and drinks (chips, pies, curries, larger) fill the coat and have some extra insulation on myself

Want to be careful doing that, as if it's not done right it may end up looking very bunched up in the middle. Should be possible though. A professional or someone with experience will know what you're talking about, so I'd ask them! No idea about cost though...

personally i think steves suggestion is brilliant. could always do it diy style. a good stapler and you could form it nice and snuggly. maybe even start a new fashion trend. :)

another option and one that hopefully wont get me told off is

    " have you considered shoplifting?"
a loose fitting coat is an advantage in that situation
