Bristleworm populations are highly dynamic. Feed less and the population will go down on it's own.

I've been told bristle worms are a sign of a dirty tank. If the tank is clean(ish), there isn't enough for them to eat and they will die out.

my tank is new, 2 months old with live rock and blue legged crabs. I haven't even put anything in the tank, we've been seeing these worms all over and even took some out and still have alot w/babies. I just recently added a tomato clown two days ago and have just begun putting food in the tank...so i don't think it is from a dirty tank...

The curing process of your LR gave nutrients to bristleworms. You don't need to buy a fish to get rid of them. There won't be as many nutrients to continue to allow the numbers you're seeing currently. You'll see less in short order.

They should die off then when there isn't enough food for them. They came in on the live rock. Hopefully their numbers will start reducing. I would be patient and see what happens.

If you mean melanurus wrasse by tail spot wrasse, then yeah, they will eat bristleworms.
