Out of everything you have those in red would be the ones to worry about most. Setting up a temp. tank is as simple as a rubbermade container. Lights, heater, powerhead etc etc etc..... Considering a 20L is only about 30 bucks here's an idea. Buy a new one and set it up with your sand etc. Do a large water change on existing and use the water taken out for the new one. The new tank won't need lighting for any mini cycle it may go through. Keep an eye on parameters/progress and slowly move fish/corals/inverts as you feel comfortable. Seems like the safest, easiest stress free way to go. The whole process may only take a few days. Something to think about. Regardless the exact same thing is going to happen no matter what you do.;)

I totally agree missionsix66.;D I found a 29 gal. tank yesterday. I have a canister filter that i have been using along with a hang on back filter on the little 20. I am going to set the 29 up with sand and tank water from the 20 keep it moving with a power head take the hang on back filter, since it is pretty small, an put on the 29. That should get the bio going pretty good.:smug: I'll feed the tank a couple days and see what happens. If all goes well i will start adding the live rock, about half at a time since it has so much stuff on it. Then i can add the fish and aneneme. I am thinking i can have it changed out in about a week to week and a half.:-/
What do you think about this idea?:thinking2

;) Ultimately things have the chance to go wrong. Horribly wrong I doubt. It's not that big of a move really. Just keep an eye on the anemone and corals I noted earlier. Those are the most sensitive to this type of change than anything else you have.
