    I have 2 Talbot Damsel's and 1 That seems to have laid egg's. I'm know you need a mail and and a female to have fertile egg's. But will a female lay egg's with out a male?????? The only stupid question is the one not asked Right?

    damsels are like clowns, if there is 2 in the same tank, one will be male, one will be female. I had a pair of blue damsels that use to lay eggs all of the time. Way to much trouble to try and raise them considering you dont get squat for them when you sell. So every few weeks, my tank got a treat of damsel fry, haha.

    I Kind of thought that.
    But FREE FOOD who would pass that up?
    Definitely not the other fish in the tank.
