    I think using the trap is going to stress the crap out of the tang, especially if the other one starts acting aggressively towards it. The other reason why I wouldn't do it, is because you are using a fish trap, they may learn that its not cool to enter it anymore. I would just wait until night time, and toss it right in. If it gets punked out the next day, then trap which ever you want to get rid of.

    Personally, I think the time out will work, since you removed the fish with home tank advantage. Tossing him back will drop him down the totem pole.

    Im thinking the timeout is going to work too. The fish trap idea was for the aggressive tang. Not the tang getting punked.

    I have a kole and blue hippo in a 90 they do great. The blue hippo thinks he is a dive bomber he will dive deep and fast and scare the diamond gobie and then im pretty sure he goes the other way laughing.. silly fish

    I think Live Aquaria has the Kole Tang as Peaceful and the Orange Stripe as Semi Agressive. So I can see a Kole Tang getting along with all, my orange stripe on the other hand is pretty pissy.
