    I said torch because it seems to have dome-shaped tips, but hammer since it has shorter tentacles than a torch.

    They definitely come in rose colors, though. My LFS has 2 euphyllias that are rose colored in their DT.

    It is a frogspawn type coral. Yes euphyllia is the genus. Will, I will taake another pic tomorrow when the MH are back on.

    i have the same problem with my powder blue and dejardini going after my corals. i have caulerpa and chaeto growing in my fuge. it grows pretty fast so i remove a handful each week and add it to my dt. this seems to give them something else to munch on and they leave my corals alone........most of the time.

    My Sailfin used to pick at my anthelia and completely destroyed a whole colony, i also fed daily and a good variety. what i did that helped was i started feeding pellets throught the day on a timer and since then he has left the other colony alone.

    my purple tang devoured a huge colony of japanese zoas. so as said , never know what fish will do. meanwhile my flame and coral beauty have been "angels" pardon the pun. :)
