blue hippo will quickly outgrow your tank. 1 tang is probably maxed on a 75 gallon

I am going to upgrade later this summer to a 125 or 150 gallon so it would probably be fine until then right? So those two would probably get along fine?

if you are upgrading soon then i would say sure. they are different shaped, so that helps. just make sure you get a small blue hippo

I've had a blue and yellow tang together in a tank (with several other fish, I might add) for over a year, GASP!!! It will not outgrow your 75 gallon tank quickly. It will not outgrow it in even 3 years.
The main question is whether or not the yellow tang will allow it to live in the tank with it. If the yellow tang is around 2" or less, you should be more than fine. Just don't get a blue tang so small that he won't be able to defend himself against the yellow tang if your YTang is an aggressive individual.

Right on. That is why I hate yellow tangs, they are way to mean.

Yeah, Hippos are very nice contrast to a yellow tang.
