Tang swimming sideways?

lol not sure about the broccoli but i know Popeye loved his spinach but later today i would go get some seaweed/nori they sell it at most grocery stores its 3 am where i am

personally i woudln't get too caught up with the concerning over this behavior just yet.. see what happens, give it a bit of time.. could just be some odd swimming patterns..
usually unhealthy tangs are very thin and skinny or is usually full of ich..
give it some time and see.. as long as your water parameters are mainly up to par and the yellow tang is feeding well, i don't think there's too much to worry about just yet.. and check if the yellow tang is getting a hole close to his eye area..

 

No hole, and this morning i bumped the alk up to 7.4 from 5.4 don't know if its just a coincidence but, he has been ok all day, very strange, will keep an eye on him, thanks guys...

Yea, I think Tangs just swim like that...mine does and he is VERY healthy. But he darts around and swims sideways into the slanted caves all the time. No worries with these guys...
