    i know they love to graze on algae constantly, and i am tired of having them feed on my expensive!!! cheato ahah, could i jsut go down to like a grocery store and get hte seaweed that they use for sushi and attach it to a clip or put it between peaices of live rock???

    Of course' i have used this my self' have some now my "white cheek" loves
    thank god for tangs in general they are great algea eaters .

    i beleave that "sushi" brand is the same as the 8 dollar stuff ya buy at the LFS as well' pays to look round some times , dont it ?

    Can even get cheaper if you have an Asian Food supply store anywhere near by. Usually can get it all kinds of forms. Sheets, shredded, chopped...

    Stick with the green type. My fish would not go near the red.

    Also check to make sure not "flavored" with some kind of spices, which it sometimes is.

    I put one good size piece of broccoli in the tank everyday on a clip and it keep the tangs happy. They just need to pick on something all the time to stay happy.
