Sounds like you have a good schedule planned out. Definately get a good cleaning crew in there as soon as the cycle is over or your tank will get dirty fast. Unfortunately I dont have much knowledge about different anenome species. I started with a condolactus which most people know (I didnt) is not a good host. I now have a Sabae and my clarkee loves it. I would place them as far apart as possible and hope that they dont move to close to each other. I hear storys of anenomes waging chemical war in a tank to secure territory and food.

    Also

I have also heard that hairy mushrooms host clowns. I have seen pictures and personally like the looks of them better than anemones anyway. You have to have perfect conditions for an anemone and I BELIEVE (don't quote me) that hairy mushrooms only need good lighting.

clowns will host in anything IME, finger leathers, shrooms, rocks, the heater thermostat
They can even build up enough tolerance against LPS corals , I have had clowns in previous set ups adapting to be able to host an elegance coral ( or as I prefer to call it, annoy the heck out of said coral)

IMO - If you purchase a nem within 6 months of setting up your tank and all goes well, you will be one of the lucky ones

in reality, you are likley to encounter any or all of the following problems
1 - it shrivels up and dies
2 - it does not like where you put it and wanders around the back of your rockwork
3 - it does not like where you put it and wanders across the reef tank, stinging into submission everything in its path
4- It does not like where you put it and you end up with the common, foot on front glass, so you never see your clowns, typical view of a tank with nems in
5- it does not like where it is located and wanders off and finds the intake of a power head irresistable
6- Nems that have in fact liked where they have been put for a long period ( 6 months was most recent account on this site I recall) and then for some reason decide they would prefer a wander to the top and then over the back of the reef

things change in reef tanks, lights age, flow gets restricted, temp fluctuates due to seasonal changes, new animals are added etc etc and any of these things can cause a perfectly happy nem to go walk about

if this happens in a species tank, rock , nems and clown fish - no real worries, as long as your PH are covered

if it happens in a reef tank you have spent time, money and effort to get looking right, then it could spell the end of your hard work

    with all that said

I would hope it did go well for you and that you can report a success story with these difficult to keep happy creatures

just dont make it your 1st addition, get some experience with easier to keep and control species , as it would be awful if your 1st adventure in the reef keeping world ended in dissapointment.

I have a pair of clowns and a juvenile hippo in my tank. The hippo hangs out with the clowns till bed time, then she hides in the rocks. LOL I think she thinks she is a clown fish. Mind you all my fish a really young.
