no, they will die. just sit on your hands and ride it out. dont change the water during the cycle as it will prolong it. water changes dilute the concentrations of ammonia, nitrite and nitrate which are the cycle itself.

No, and even when the initial cycle is done stock things slowly over a period of months. The bacteria are still growing and need to adapt to changes in bioload so take your time between purchases and let things stabilize one at a time before adding another. This means fish, inverts and corals.

the corals dont need the bacteria like the fish do, and really wont effect the bioload unless they have dead tissue. that said, ammonia, Nitrite, nitrate and phosphate will kill them.

If the nitrosonomas and nitrobacter bacteria are not developed you will have ammonia and nitrites. it is still wise to populate slowly regardless if its fish or corals, probably moreso with corals as they are more sensitive than fish.

ask a friend or lfs to hold them for you. otherwise, they will keep their demise and you will loose them.

Live water? No such thing. Where did the rock and sand come from in the new tank? If you re-used most of what was in your old tank, you're probably good to go as you won't have a cycle. Test your parameters first of course.
