Y'all know what? If he ever wants "IT" again, he'll shut up about the tank. It's staying.(well, moving back to the laundry room) That's all I got to say about that!;D Thank you everyone for your support!!!!! It really means a lot to me!!!

I kinda thought it would end up like this.
Anyway, since you're going to be taking it down somewhat to move it to the laundry room, why not take the opportunity to put in some overflow walls that you originally wanted. It will keep the flooding to a minimum if it happens at all. ;)

I'm happy it ended up like this!!!!!!! I'm not backing down!

I'm going to build the Durso pipes, will I still need overflows? He actually told me last night to get the stuff to do it right this time, not ghetto, so he won't have to worry about it. Can I make the overflows my self? I'm pretty handy with acrylic, cutting and bending, but I don't know how to get the grooves into it. I've looked and they are very expensive to buy, so if I want those I'm going to have to build them. I don't mind the look of the pipes, never have, they cover with coralline anyway.

AHAHA we were supposed to do the plumbing last Sunday when he came down, but ended up way over our alloted time at the LFS I had a "schedule" and we were supposed to stick to it, but got caught up there. You know how that goes... Actually I've got a real good design off WWM that I'm going with.. Here are the returns. Of course they will be inside the tank and not over the back wall.
