Tank lights upgrade advice?

    Hello friends..
    I have a 75 gallon (21 inches deep) tank with the mix of softies and LPS. Now I am planning to upgrade the lighting from T12 VHO lighting, 3 50/50's and 1 Actinic bulbs. Last time I upgraded the tank lights on Valentine's Day. Wondering what would be a good and budget friendly upgrade for the tank, because I don't wanna spend much money. So far I found some good discounts at http://www.3reef.com/sponsors/. Take your time for the best advice.
