an emerald crab will help with the algae, especially the bubble stuff...

otherwise, get your params in check and with the new light hopefully you won't lose your corals... if your new light is a lot brighter, introduce it gradually, either by lowering the photoperiod at first or have it high off the water surface and gradually lower it...

this sounds like real bad news... what is floating on the water surface? sounds like you could use better surface agitation... if there is stuff (algae?) floating on the surface, then this will block air exchange and speed up the process of things going downhill really fast. Your tank's water surface should have sufficient water movement that is a continuous ripple.

You've got some weird algae, kid. The pinkish-red on the sand appears to be red slime algae. Not sure on the others..

definitely cyano on the sand bed...

I would take the koralia pump out and thoroughly clean it before you put it back in... it looks like it has the worst of all the algae on it, which is surprising... just clean it with vinegar and water, and scrub it good, make sure there is no algae left on it when you put it back in... not only is it obstructing flow, but it'll be a good start to remove as much algae manually as you can...

you can siphon out the cyano on the sand bed... I would use some 1/4" tubing to siphon and see if that works, or go with larger tubing if needed.

Once you get that far, the rest of the algae isn't TOO bad... I'd just get the parameters in check and wait it out... the reason that your testing 0 nitrates must be due to the fact that it's bound up in the algae...

    how old is the tank?

do you have a sump or ATO?

    dunno about the light...

How do you keep your evaporation in check? I'd be willing to bet that a large part of your problem is due to evaporation and the tank is never stabilized properly.
