You cant do one corner at a time unless you are just adding silicone to the existing corners. He is talking about the silicone between the panels that the original manufacturer built.

I'll get a couple tubes of silicone let it set in the garage on the floor if it leaks it will just run out the door worth spending ten bucks. I even thought of taking it apart cutting the glass down and re sealing it completely. Won't cost me much at all to do that.

I will be curious to see how that goes...I have never seen anyone take the glass completely apart, and re-build. Keep us posted!

I hear ya about not costing much. But there are a ton of tanks on Craigslist as full set ups that go cheap. But your tank is free & only has the cost of silicone. I always see a lot of tanks for sale but very few are drilled. That's the only reason I kept my 56 drilled & I'm gonna reseal it & get some cash back out hopefully. I'm gonna wait to sell mine until I build my new hood, so I can sell that's with pc 's along with tank & sump. Not too many people here are willing to put in time to fix things. I understand cause I work 12 hr days & time is very precious to me.

I drilled all my tanks. I have the hole cutting bit. So I will be able to drill new holes when done. If it turns out ok I will set up a planted fresh water aquarium with Discus and plants in it. Maybe! We will see.
