    My bubble trap only has 2 acrylic sheets, Is that fine? (I was cutting the 3rd one and cut it too small)

    your ok. you may see some glue floating on the water - just scoop it out with your finger.

    it should hold now, but it is recommended to wait 24 hours to let it cure and all the volatiles escape.
