Hey I found these on petstore.com. Its the cheapest I have found so far. The website doesnt really give much info on the unit but I went to the spectrapure website and compared. They seem to be the same units....just cost less. Advice is appreciated!

170 for a 90gpd? I think I paid 150 plus shipping when spectrapure was having one of their customer appreciation sales. You will love it.

    Here you go, 149!

Edit: I just realized the maxpure is RO only and the CSP-DI is actually 199... thats the one you want.

Yupyup....MaxPure is NOT RO/DI, even though that petstore.com link says it is (false advertising!). It's really RO only, which isn't good enough for a reef.

So those units are not rodi? I thought they were. Go to the spectrapure website and compare. Maybe I am wrong. I do want the di if I am going to pay this much money.

The maxpure on the website show only two canisters if they are ro only. This unit I am looking at is supposed to be rodi. Anybody know for sure on what these are?

There is a 90 GPD MaxPure RO/DI, its in your first link for $170. But the MaxPure comes with 1 micron prefilters and carbon blocks and does not have a TDS meter.
For $199 in the Spectrapure Holiday sale ad, the CSP-DI comes with 0.5 micron filters and a dual inline TDS meter, or only $29 more for a better system.

Yes they were on sale recently for $145 but that ad has expired.
